By using the services of Noida Scrap Fast Deal ("the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

The Company provides scrap material collection, weighing, and payment services. All quoted prices are subject to final weighing and material grade verification at the time of collection.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices quoted are estimates based on current market rates and are subject to change
• Final payment is based on actual weighed quantity and agreed rate per kg
• Minimum pickup quantity is 50 kg for commercial/free pickup service
• Payment is made on the spot via NEFT, UPI, RTGS, or cash

Pickup Service

• Pickup schedules are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with prior notice
• The Company is not responsible for damage to property not directly caused by our team
• Customers must ensure safe access to the pickup location

B2B Partnership

B2B partnership agreements are subject to separate contractual terms. The tier classification and rate benefits are based on verified monthly volumes and may be revised quarterly.

Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
